Orbach’s range of heavy duty Metalfach disc harrows has proven to be excellent value for money. They feature some of the strongest frames available on the market and feature cutting edge technology. They come standard with heavy duty tubular rollers, manufactured locally by Orbach. The frames come with a standard 2 year warranty, and feature the SKF Agrihub bearing on each disc, also with a 2 year warranty. The shock absorbers are made of a specially formulated rubber compound that ensures a long work life. Different widths are available from 2,5 to 7 m. The bigger implements can be used either on the lift or as trailed models with a draw bar and wheels. Lift models can always be changed later to a trailed model, they are compatible. Working depth can be controlled accurately and precisely by adjusting the roller height the back, and the top link in front. Arms are made from Strenx steel and are 250 mm apart. Typical uses: Stubble removal. Weed control. Seedbed preparation. Mixing fertilizer or lime into the soil after application.
